Square Inch Price
I charge .023 cents per square inch for all designs.

My minimum quilting charge is $50. This means that a small quilt or table runner's square inch price will be rounded up to the $50 minimum.
Quilt top
Width 60 inches,
Height 80 inches.
60 x 80 = 4800 square inches
4800 x .023 = $110.0
Batting
I stock by the roll.
Quilters Dream DELUX batting in the 80/20 cotton/poly blend.

I charge for batting by the linear inch from queen rolls of batting except in the case of special orders. I will use only what is needed for your quilt (smallest side + a 5" margin) and charge per inch. Unless it is packaged batting, then it a set price for the package that is used.

For example, if you have a 60" x 80" quilt, I would cut 65" of the batting of your choice. 65" of 80/20 cotton/poly blend @ $0.38/in = $24.47

I will order packages of, Quilters Dream 100% cotton, 100% poly, Dream Bamboo, or Dream green (made from recycled plastic bottles). I am also able to special order different batting, or you can supply your own batting.
Batting is a separate charge and is NOT included in the square inch price.
Thread
My personal style attempts to match or blend thread color with the lighter areas of your quilt. But this is YOUR quilt! Let me know if you have a preference on thread color. My preference in thread is a cotton core wrapped with polyester. If you would like a different type of thread I will accommodate you. Types of thread available are 100% cotton which has a dull finish, 100% polyester which is shinny, or variegated.

Thread is included in price per inch.

Photography
I'm not a professional photographer but I do my best to take "nice" photos with my "good" camera! :) Upon completion of the quilting, I will take photos of your quilt in my well-lit area and then text/email you those images to use however you would like. I'd just ask that you credit me for the photo and/or quilting if posting publicly. This extra service is included in your square inch price.
Shipping
Shipping your top and backing to me: I live in Minnesota, USA, and would be happy to receive your top and backing by mail. I'd recommend sending your materials enclosed in some kind of bag to protect against possible moisture in transit. Then it will be placed in a hard-sided cardboard box. Make sure the box is securely taped and labeled clearly.
Return shipping: I will send your quilt back to you in the manner described above via USPS Priority mail (using flat rate when possible/economical). Priority mail comes with $100 of insurance and a tracking number but please indicate on your intake form if you would like me to buy any additional insurance on your behalf. It's a great idea to insure your valuables against loss or damage while with the Postal Service, but I don't require it.
Other Costs
As mentioned above, batting is not included in the square inch price. Additional charges may be added if I need to Iron or square the back, if it is not already done. This will be at $25 an hour. I'm required by the State of Minnesota to collect a 7.38% sales tax on the quilting service portion of an invoice. Batting, shipping, and any design/pantograph fees are not subject to sales tax if outside the state of Minnesota.
Payment
After the work is complete, I will invoice you via PayPal,. You can pay me thru PayPal, Zelle or cash if your local. I really do appreciate timely payments as that enables me to mail your project(s) back to you right away. Or set up a time to get it.
